I found Husigrekland.se by chance when I sat and dream-googled a few years ago and started following them on Instagram. Mania was a new area for me but I fell in love without having been there. My finances did not allow me to buy a house at that time in my life, but I could afford to dream. So both the website and Instagram were well visited.
In 2021, I decided to rent a house and work remotely for a month in Mani to capture a shard of my dream. We think the description of the property / object corresponded well with reality, but we lacked a detailed drawing with dimensions, etc. We understand that this is not available before the purchase is ready, but it would be a clear improvement as you may want to plan a little more in detail.

I trusted my new home to HFP before I decide to rent it. Never regret it! Excellent professional but different , Poetic and not strictly commercial approach. Warm,Kind and very effective! This makes the difference. A step forward for short term rentals, would be to introduce the ical in HFP site for all the residences.This will create value for the vistiors. The most amazing vacation that we and our children ever had! The house and all the rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has very professional equipment, here we can cook everything: from simple breakfasts to refined barbecue dishes! We rented the house for a month and took the opportunity to make wonderful excursions, but we always longed to come back to the house.
The hottest afternoons you can enjoy on the shady porches of the house and at night you can watch the moon and stars from the roof terrace. Although WiFi worked perfectly, we chose to familiarize ourselves with the house's library where you can find maps, books, novels, Greek word and recipe books. A lovely romantic pool in a spectacular garden with fruit trees and aromatic plants: we will remember this holiday for a long time and recommend the house to everyone we know.

The actual buying process in Greece is very different, but thanks to Elwira, everything went smoothly because she helped us with documents, contacts, lawyer, bank etc.
From the first contact with Elwira, everything has been handled very professionally. She listened to our wishes and came back with a variety of options. Of course, it is a great advantage for us that Elwira speaks Swedish, because it is not every day you make a house purchase abroad.
Once in place, everything was well prepared by Elwira and Elias. The schedule was reasonably balanced between house-watching and free time for reflection on what we saw.
After seeing a number of objects, the choice fell on Villa Paradis in Lefkakia. It was not the object that was at the top of the list when we traveled from Sweden, but the requirements and priorities changed during the journey.

I contacted Elwira in the beginning of November 2019. I found on the website an apartment in Kalamata that matched my wishes and asked questions about how the bidding and buying process in Greece looks like.
The apartment met my requirements, after a few emails and phone calls I submitted bids for the apartment without flying to Kalamata, when Covid-related travel restrictions began to take effect. Elwira was fast and professional in her way of giving me answers to all my questions and I felt safe throughout the process. The deposit agreement was signed by me, the seller and her company before the end of 2019. The purchase was completed in 2020, slightly later than I had planned, but Covid changed schedules for many, right?
