The apartment is 100 m2 and is located on the second floor of a beautiful house located by the harbor and square in charming Agios Nikolaos. A carefully renovated apartment with an attached garden where lemons, oranges and pomegranates grow. A large covered veranda faces the square and offers views of the village and harbour.
In the apartment you will find:
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine
- a spacious kitchen of approx. 22 m2 with space for a dining table
- 3 bedrooms (each approx. 11 m2). One of the bedrooms with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a sofa bed
- a large living room with cozy corner, dining table and exit to the porch
A beautiful wooden floor, interesting interior details and charming blue wooden windows that really enhance the impression of this apartment. Modern, bright and spacious but still with preserved historical memories.
Booking and payment terms
Rental for at least 3 months! The apartment is only rented during the period October to April and the owner prefers to rent the accommodation to a maximum of two people. The apartment is heated using electric elements and water with both solar panels and electricity. The price includes WiFi and water consumption but not electricity and cleaning. The cleaning (compulsory, once a month, approx. 3 hours) is paid directly to the cleaning staff and costs €30. If you only rent the apartment for one month, you pay €30 for final cleaning at check-out. Electricity consumption is also paid at check-out and regardless of whether you rent for one or more months.
- From 1 October to 30 April: the price per month €900
When booking, you pay a damage deposit fee of 30% of the total price. Payment is made via bank transfer and is refundable if cancellation is made 60 days before arrival. Thereafter, the deposit will not be refunded. The first rent is paid by bank transfer 1 week before arrival and thereafter, if you rent for more than a month, every first day of the month. Before you check out House Manager, check the condition of the apartment and if everything is in order, the damage deposit will be refunded to your bank account. Update: in 2024 it is possible to rent until the middle of May!

On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and about 60 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or 3,5 hours drive from Athens International Airport) is the beautiful and unspoilt fishing village of Agios Nikolaos.
Agios Nikolaos has a lot of taverns and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the harbor. In the village you will also find: hospital, pharmacy, ATM, two supermarkets, patisserie, butcher, bike rental and gas station. Everything you need for the moment. The nearest beaches are Voulimeneas and Pantazi but there are more places for those who love to swim, snorkel or sunbathe.
