"Spíti chalárosis" (Σπίτι λάράρος) means in Greek a house where you can relax. And here you can really let go of all the "must haves" for a while. Wonderful little house with two comfortable bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room that opens onto a veranda with sea views.

Perfect for those who can live in the sunny Peloponnese and work or for those who want to stay here to monitor your house construction! The owner accepts small pets. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, but not a dishwasher, the owner is on site and can help you with most things.

Booking and payment terms

Rental for at least 6 months! The house is rented throughout the year and the owner prefers to rent the accommodation for 12 months. The house is heated with the help of A/C and a fireplace in the living room. The price includes WiFi and water consumption but not electricity, firewood and cleaning. Cleaning (mandatory, once per month) is paid directly to the owner and costs €50. Electricity consumption is paid every two months and at check-out. The final cleaning is also paid at check-out (75 euros). Huset is rented until the end of August 2026.

  • From October 1 to May 31: € 720 per month
  • From June 1 to September 30: € 1100 per month
  • 12 month rental: € 850 per month

When booking, you pay a monthly rent in damage deposit fee. Payment is made via bank transfer and is refundable if canceled 60 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is not refunded. The first rent is paid in cash directly to the owner on the day of arrival. Then also in cash every first day of the month. Before you check out, the owner checks the condition of the house and if everything is in order, the damage deposit is refunded to your bank account.

Frigano, Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos, Messinia, Peloponnese, Greece

The Frigano villa area has one of the best locations in West Mani: as close to the village of Stoupa as to the village of Agios Nikolaos. You can actually leave the car at home and take a walk through the olive groves to either of the nearby coastal villages. Expect a 40-45 minute walk!

The village of Stoupa with two lovely sandy golden beaches (as well as several smaller beaches) has become more and more popular as a tourist destination for families with small children. The beaches are right on the main street and are legendary for anyone who likes sunsets! Easily accessible restaurants and cafes. A meeting place for locals and tourists both in winter and summer. During the high season, you can rent motor and paddle boats on one of the beaches or learn to dive on the other beach, which is also called "Zorba's beach".

The charming and unspoiled fishing village of Agios Nikolaos used to be called Selinitsa, which means "little moon". According to the story, when Paris and Helena (Eleni in Greek) decided to escape from Sparta, it was precisely the port of Agios Nikolaos that they fled to and from here they sailed on to Troy. Agios Nikolaos has a lot of tavernas and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the port. In the village you will also find: infirmary, pharmacy, ATM, two supermarkets, patisserie, butcher, bicycle rental and petrol station. Everything you need for the moment. The nearest sandy beaches are Voulimeneas and Pantazi but there are more places for those who love to swim, snorkel or sunbathe.
