Mani, the Peloponnese and the charming fishing villages of Agios Dimitrios / Agios Nikolaos and also Stoupa / Kardamyli in the Peloponnese are during the winter a popular destination for those who like to snorkel, fish or hike and who can work remotely. For digital nomads or for those who can work outside the office, it was probably a bit problematic to find a comfortable accommodation. What does a digital nomad need? A good internet connection, a nice warm-up during the slightly cooler days and an environment where you can combine work and leisure. During the period November 1 to April 10, we can offer comfortable and modern apartments in the facility located 20 meters from the private beach. A fixed internet connection is included in the rent: download 31.18 Mbps and upload 19.37 Mbps and it is possible to heat the accommodation with oil elements or with A / C.

We have four apartments (all with sea views) in a nice two-storey house in the middle of a well-kept garden and with alert and nice landlords:

  • Number 5 Standard, 75 sqm. Suite with 2 bedrooms, for a maximum of 4 people, on the second floor. Note: available from November 2022.
  • Number 6, 40 sqm. One-bedroom apartment, for a maximum of 1 people, on the ground floor. 3 euros per month
  • Number 7, 40 sqm. One-bedroom apartment, for a maximum of 1 people, on the first floor. 3 euros per month
  • Number 8 Standard, 80 sqm. Suite (with fireplace) and with 2 bedrooms, for a maximum of 4 people, on the first floor. 1400 euros per month

All apartments have plenty of storage space, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, private balcony and terrace, private BBQ area and private parking space. The garden around your home is absolutely magnificent, designed with love and care, well maintained and with "many private places for everyone". Organic vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, etc.), kitchen spices (oregano, basil, mint, etc.) grown in the kitchen garden are free to use for all guests! If you come in November, you can also try olive picking!

Booking conditions

The minimum stay is 1 month and internet and water consumption are included in the rent. Other costs such as electricity and oil consumption as well as cleaning are paid separately and directly to the House Manager.

  • 2 hours of cleaning once a week is mandatory and costs 5 euros per hour
  • Each apartment has its own electricity meter and it costs 0,50 euros per KWH
  • Do you want to heat the apartment with oil radiators? The cost is 4 euros per hour

When booking, you pay 25% via bank of the total period you want to rent the apartment as a damage deposit. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure and after the House Manager has checked the apartment. You pay the rent on site and in cash directly to the House Manager. The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 21 days before arrival. Thereafter, the deposit will not be refunded.

Agios Dimitrios / Agios Nikolaos, Peloponnese, Greece

On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and about 60 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or 3,5 hours drive from Athens International Airport) are these beautiful and unspoilt small fishing villages. Perfect place for you who want to leave the stressful everyday life behind you and here are warm, wonderful summers and mild winters. Agios Dimitrios is a small village with a small picturesque harbor. In ancient times it was known as "Pefnos" and belonged to King Tyndareus. Pausanias tells of a bronze statue on a rock in the sea, (Dioskuri) which not only represented the king's sons Castor and Pollux but also the place where Beautiful Helena was born. Agios Nikolaos has a lot of taverns and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the harbor. In the village you will also find: hospital, pharmacy, ATM, two supermarkets, patisserie, butcher, bike rental and gas station. Everything you need for the moment. The nearest beaches are Pantazi and Voulimeneas.
