"Mani Hideout", a two-storey villa built in traditional Mani style and designed by a local architect: traditional exterior and modern interior. Convenient parking, a beautiful fenced garden, saltwater pool with a large living area and large terraces on both the first and second floor.
Entrance floor consists of: a large living room with fireplace, a dining area, kitchen with all amenities and a bathroom. A large bright, open area with access to a terrace with panoramic views of charming Agios Nikolaos
Downstairs consists of: 3 large bedrooms (each with a double bed and generous wardrobes), 2 large bathrooms (one with double sinks) and laundry / storage room. Each bedroom has its own exit to the lower terrace and pool area.
A / C is available throughout the house, in the kitchen you will find everything you need including dishwasher and microwave and in the living room you can easily follow your Netflix favorites. Remember that here you are welcome with your four-legged friends! A holiday to remember for the whole family.
Price per month and payment terms for long-term rental: November-May
Price per month is 1500 euros. Please note: with monthly rentals you pay separately for cleaning (60 euros per time), water (approx. €20 per month), electricity (approx. €90 per month), wifi (30 € per month) and pool cleaning (40 € per time) ). You can of course choose not to use the pool during your stay. When booking, you pay one month's rent in advance and after that one month's rent every first day of the month. Before you check out, you pay, against presented receipts, bills for electricity, internet, water, etc. Do you want to rent the house for 6 months? We can negotiate a slightly better price for you! Update 2024: the house is rented until the end of November.

Riglia, Agios Nikolaos, Messinia Mani, Peloponnese, Greece
On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and about 60 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or 3,5 hours drive from Athens International Airport) is the beautiful and unspoilt fishing village of Agios Nikolaos.
The village used to be called Selinitsa, which means "little moon" or little Eleni: "Selinitsa, the moon shakes when it hears your name, while Paris caresses Eleni". According to history, when Paris and Helena (Eleni in Greek) decided to escape from Sparta, the port of Agios Nikolaos was the one they fled to and from here they sailed on to Troy. In the picture below the island "Pefnos", here the Beautiful Helena was born!
Agios Nikolaos has a lot of taverns and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the harbor. In the village you will also find: hospital, pharmacy, ATM, two supermarkets, patisserie, butcher, bike rental and gas station. Everything you need for the moment. The nearest beaches are Voulimeneas and Pantazi but there are more places for those who love to swim, snorkel or sunbathe.
