Leave the dreary winter behind you: rent your own place, a house in sunny and green Mani, Messinia. This beautiful one-story stone house was completed in the spring of 2023. The house offers large, bright indoor areas, a pleasant terrace and proximity to both hiking trails and wild beaches. Your four-legged friend is welcome here! Below are winter pictures from Maslova and Voulimeneas beaches, both about 800-900 meters from the house.

O "Tópos mou" (ο τόπος μου) means "my place" in Greek and the pleasant welcoming feeling permeates the whole house. Large and comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (15 m2) and one with two single beds (13 m2). Open floor plan, kitchen with space for breakfast table, living room with fireplace, sofas and dining table with a magical view of the olive groves and the sea. The bathroom with shower and a small hall. In the house there is a washing machine and A/C (for heating and cooling) in each room.
The house was decorated with an eye for detail and reminds a bit of the old Greek houses where both the floor and walls are shiny white. Welcoming and pleasant hosts who can share various tips for walks and hikes.
Price per month 1000 euros plus booking and payment terms
You can book the house from the first of October to the fifteenth of April. The price includes WiFi and water. The shortest stay is three months. If you want to stay for shorter periods, a quote will be provided on request.
The price does not include cleaning, electricity or wood consumption. The house manager will check the electricity meter with you at check-in and at check-out. You make a cash payment for electricity consumption directly to the building manager. Cleaning once a month (about three hours) costs 50 euros and is mandatory and is paid in cash directly to the cleaning staff. If you want cleaning more often, you can arrange it directly with the house manager.
When booking and via bank transfer, you pay one month's rent in advance and one month's rent in the form of a refundable deposit (no damages: deposit is credited to your bank account upon departure). The full amount is refunded in case of cancellation 60 days before arrival. After that, no refund will be made. Remaining monthly rents must be paid in cash on the first day of the month directly to your landlords. Note: leased until the end of May 2025 and already booked for October 2025.

Agios Dimitrios is a small village with a small picturesque port. In antiquity it was known as "Pefnos" and belonged to King Tyndareus. About 500 meters from the village of Agios Dimitrios you will also find Katafigio, spectacular beach with horizontal stone slabs and rocks.
Agios Nikolaos has a lot of taverns and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the harbour. In the village you will also find a XNUMXxXNUMX health centre, pharmacy, ATM, two mini-markets, patisserie, butcher, bike rental and gas station. Everything you need for the moment. Nearby Stoupa has three supermarkets, a doctor, dental care facilities, a well-stocked pharmacy, and tavernas and cafés.
