The house is located on the edge of the mountain village of Milea and has a peaceful view over the village and the Taygetos. Here you can forget the stressful life and enjoy many relaxing moments during your stay. An ideal location for anyone looking for a relaxing environment and wanting to explore the interesting landscape of the Mani Peninsula. And, yes, your four-legged friend can come along! The house is on two floors and on the ground floor you will find an open floor plan with a dining area, an oblong living room, a small kitchen and a toilet. This floor is heated with a fireplace.
The upper floor is accessed via a combined stone and wooden staircase from the living room or via stone steps directly from the patio area. Here you will find a smaller living room with a sofa bed for your guests, a bathroom with a smaller bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. This floor is heated with A/C.
From the upper floor you reach a large and comfortable terrace protected by a wooden roof: pleasant coolness on hot days and rain protection in spring and autumn. The house has a compact fenced garden, a paved patio where there is space for an outdoor table and barbecue. A large and green sycamore tree, a walnut tree and a smaller lemon tree offer shade and create a sense of unity with the beautiful and rustic stone walls.
€500 per month plus booking and payment terms
The house can be rented during the period from the first of November to the end of April. The shortest rental period is 3 months. If you wish to rent for a shorter period or during other periods, ask for a customized offer. The price includes WiFi and water. The price does not include cleaning, change of bed linen/towels, wood for the fireplace or electricity. Cleaning (obligatory, once per month) is paid directly to the cleaning staff and costs €50. Electricity consumption and the final cleaning (75 euros) are paid in cash at check-out to the House Manager.
When booking, you pay a monthly rent in damage deposit fee. Payment is made via bank transfer and is refundable if canceled 60 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is not refunded. Before you check out, the owner checks the condition of the house and if everything is in order, the damage deposit is refunded to your bank account.

The name Milea (or Milia) is first mentioned in the Venetian document from 1465 and comes from the fruit tree (apple tree) or (according to other sources) from the Homeric word for goats ("mila"). In Milea there are many beautifully restored traditional houses and an impressive number of churches (about 70) in and near the village.
Milea is located about 14 km from the popular coastal villages such as Agios Nikolaos and Stoupa and about 30-40 km from the mysterious "Deep Mani" with its fantastic castles and wild coves.
