The apartment is located in a house with two separate accommodations. You rent the top floor and your friendly, English-speaking landlord lives on the bottom floor. The apartment is 81 m2 and consists of one bedroom (with A/C), a guest corner that is perfect for your guests (with A/C), a living room (with A/C), a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
Generous terrace around the entire floor, views that are impossible to forget and a garden with citrus fruit, figs and grapes. Welcome to your own retreat in sunny and hospitable Greece. Here you can take a conscious break, a time to retreat from your everyday life with the intention to rest, revitalise or transform.
Price per month plus booking and payment terms
The apartment can be rented from the first of April 2025 and for six months. Price per month is 700 euro and includes WiFi and water. The price does not include cleaning, change of bed linen/towels or electricity consumption. Electricity consumption and final cleaning (75 euro) paid in cash to the landlord at check-out.
At the time of booking, you pay one month's rent as a deposit and one month's rent in advance. The payment is made by bank transfer and is refundable if cancelled 60 days before arrival. After that, the refund is not possible. Before you check out, the owner will check the condition of the house and if everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account.

Kitries, Messinia Avia, Peloponnese, Greece
The picturesque fishing village and beach of Kitries is located about 12 km from Kalamata. The road to the village from the famous Santova beach is one of the most beautiful: you drive all the way by the sea and through olive groves and orchards.
Kitries beach has a few sun loungers and parasols and is surrounded by tavernas which, during the high season, offer the catch of the day which is served to beachgoers. Both the beach and the village are appreciated by those who prefer peace and quiet and a small pleasant marina attracts many international guests during the summer.
