Qualitative furniture and tasteful decor! Apartment (81 m2) has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. An open plan kitchen/living room, large comfortable areas with space for a dining table and a cozy corner with a sofa. The bathroom with shower and a small hall.

In the apartment you will find 3 changes of bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and more. The apartment is best suited for four people.

A paved patio is shaded by a large parasol that protects against the strong sun. There is room for 4 sunbeds and a table for outdoor dining. Grill, outdoor shower and large parking.

Price per month, booking and payment terms

The price includes WiFi and from June to the end of September the shortest stay is 1 month. From October to the end of May, the shortest stay is 3 months. If you want to stay for shorter periods, a quote will be provided on request.

  • 1 October to the end of May: 750 €
  • September: 1200 €
  • 1 June to the end of August: 1900 €

The price does not include electricity and water consumption: the house manager will check the electricity meter with you at check-in and at check-out. You make a cash payment directly to the building manager. Cleaning once a month (approx. 3 hours) is mandatory and is paid directly to the cleaning staff. You pay in cash 50 euros per time. If you want cleaning more often, you can arrange it directly with the house manager. When you check out, you also pay final cleaning (75 euros) directly to the cleaning lady. Note: the apartment is rented until 05/01/2025 and during the period 01/07 to 31/08/2025.

At the time of booking and via bank transfer, you pay one month's rent in advance and one month's rent in the form of a refundable deposit (no damage: deposit is credited to your bank account on departure). The full amount is refunded in case of cancellation 60 days before arrival. After that, no refund will be made. Remaining monthly rents must be paid via bank transfer on the first day of the month.

Agios Dimitrios / Agios Nikolaos, Peloponnese, Greece

On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and about 60 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or 3,5 hours drive from Athens International Airport) are these beautiful and unspoilt little fishing villages. Agios Dimitrios is a small village with a small picturesque port. In antiquity it was known as "Pefnos" and belonged to King Tyndareus. Pausanias tells of a bronze statue on a rock in the sea, (Dioskuri) which not only represented the king's sons Castor and Pollux but also the place where Helen the Fair was born. Read more under the link here.

About 500 meters from the village of Agios Dimitrios you will also find Katafigio, spectacular beach with horizontal stone slabs and rocks.

Agios Nikolaos has a lot of taverns and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the harbour. In the village you will also find a XNUMXxXNUMX health centre, pharmacy, ATM, two mini-markets, patisserie, butcher, bike rental and gas station. Everything you need for the moment. Nearby Stoupa has three supermarkets, a doctor, dental care facilities, a well-stocked pharmacy, and tavernas and cafés.
