"Aneti zoni" (Άνετη Ζώνη) means "comfortable zone" in Greek and here you can really live comfortably, with fabulous views and in a quiet residential area. You can choose to live in a one-bedroom apartment (upper floor) or a two-bedroom apartment (downstairs). Please note that only one of the apartments will be rented out, so you have the house and garden to yourself.
Upstairs consists of a large bedroom with spacious wardrobes, a bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. The apartment also has a guest toilet in the hall. Here you will also find a spacious living room in an open plan layout as well as a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric stove, two ovens and a grill. From the living room, French windows open onto two balconies. All rooms have A/C for both cooling and heating. Additional energy-efficient radiators will be provided.
Downstairs consists of two bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and an extra bathroom in the hall. Here, too, there is a spacious open-plan living room and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven and grill. French windows open onto terraces that run the length of the villa. Some of the terraces are shaded and one even has a ceiling fan. All rooms have A/C for both cooling and heating. Additional energy-efficient radiators will be provided.
Price per month as well as booking and payment terms
You can book one of the apartments during the period from the first of November to the first of May. The price includes WiFi and water. The shortest stay is 3 months and the longest is 5 months. If you want to stay for shorter periods, a quote will be provided on request. Note that use of the pool is not included in the rental agreement.

The price does not include cleaning and electricity consumption. The house manager will check the electricity meter with you at check-in and at check-out. You make a cash payment for electricity consumption directly to the building manager. Cleaning once a month is mandatory and is paid directly to the cleaning staff. You pay 16 euros per hour in cash. If you want cleaning more often, you can arrange it directly with the house manager.
At the time of booking and via bank transfer, you pay one month's rent in advance and one month's rent in the form of a refundable deposit (no damages: deposit is credited to your bank account on departure). The full amount is refunded in case of cancellation 60 days before arrival. After that, no refund will be made. Remaining monthly rents must be paid via bank transfer on the first day of the month.

Agios Dimitrios / Agios Nikolaos, Peloponnese, Greece
On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and about a 60 minute drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or 3,5 hours drive from Athens International Airport) are these beautiful and unspoilt little fishing villages. Perfect place for those who want to leave stressful everyday life behind and here are warm, lovely summers and mild winters. Below are winter pictures from the nearby Voulimeneas and Pantazi beaches.
Agios Dimitrios is a small village with a tiny picturesque harbout. In antiquity it was known as "Pefnos" and belonged to King Tyndareus. Pausanias tells of a bronze statue on a rock in the sea, (Dioskuri) which not only represented the king's sons Castor and Pollux but also the place where Helen of Troy was born. About 500 meters from the village of Agios Dimitrios you will also find Katafigio, a spectacular beach with horizontal stone slabs and rocks.
Agios Nikolaos has a lot of taverns and cafes that are open all year round and all are located around the harbour. In the village you will also find a XNUMXxXNUMX health centre, pharmacy, ATM, two mini-markets, patisserie, butcher, bike rental and gas station. Everything you need for the moment. Nearby Stoupa has three supermarkets, a doctor, dental care facilities, a well-stocked pharmacy, and tavernas and cafés.
