"Filotimo" considered a virtue in Greek culture, representing unconditional love, kindness and generosity. And in the "Filotimo Riglia" house you feel the warm Greek hospitality from the first second. Tastefully decorated house of around 100 m2 with interesting details, a really well equipped kitchen and a cozy dining room.
There are two bedrooms in the house: one with a double bed, and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. In the living room there is a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. A beautiful wooden floor in the bedrooms and living room, nice warming feeling during the winter months. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with a view of the village and the Mediterranean Sea.
€800 per month plus booking and payment terms
The house can be rented during the period from the first of November to the end of April. The shortest rental period is 3 months. If you wish to rent for a shorter period or during other periods, ask for a customized offer. The price includes WiFi and water. The price does not include cleaning, change of bed linen/towels or electricity. The house is heated with the help of A/C which is in both bedrooms and the living room. The cleaning (mandatory, once per month) is paid directly to the cleaning staff and costs €50. Electricity consumption is paid every two months and at check-out.
When booking, you pay one month's rent in damage deposit fee and one month's rent in advance. Payment is made via bank transfer and is refundable if canceled 60 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is not refunded. Before you check out, the owner checks the condition of the house and if everything is in order, the damage deposit is refunded to your bank account.

According to the story, when Paris and Helena (Eleni in Greek) decided to escape from Sparta, it was precisely the port of Agios Nikolaos that they fled to and from here they sailed on to Troy.
