These bright and modern apartments of 47 m2 are located on the second floor and guests share a small and pleasant garden with outdoor furniture. Between the apartments there is a small internal hall and at the same time it is possible for you with a larger family to rent the entire floor. You will of course receive a separate quote for this!

Price in euros and per month
The apartments can be rented from the first of October to the end of April. Price per month is 400 euros including water and WiFi. You pay for electricity according to your personal consumption. The electricity meter is inside the apartment and is reset to zero when you check in. Electricity costs can be €50 or €150 per month depending on how you use A/C, extra heating units and the like. You also pay €50 for final cleaning in cash and directly to the cleaning staff. Daily cleaning can be offered on request.
Please note that the apartments do not have a washing machine but the owner can provide a washing machine in the basement twice per month and for a cost of 10 euros. If you want the washing machine more often, you will receive a quote for this from the owner. When booking, you pay one month's rent in deposit and one month's rent in advance. Payment is made via bank transfer and is refunded in case of cancellation 60 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is not refunded.

On the southern coast of the Peloponnese in Greece and approx. 50 minutes drive from the nearest airport in Kalamata (or approx. 3 hours drive from Athens International Airport) lies the beautiful and unspoiled village of Stoupa with warm, lovely summers and mild winters. With two lovely sandy golden beaches (as well as several smaller beaches), this once sleepy village has become more and more popular as a tourist destination but still retains genuine Greece.
